Mr. Scholz is Chairman of the firm's Corporate/Commercial Department, and is former Managing Partner. Mr. Scholz' practice includes Business Transactions as well as commercial lending, creditors' rights and information and technology matters. He is a member of the Computer Law Association as well as the Bankruptcy Bar Association. He also serves as the chair of the Maryland State Ethics Commission.
