He is Director and Chairman of the Board of NS Group, Inc. (NYSE) which he helped take public in 1990. Mr. Donnelly is author of "The Use of Urban Development Grants as a Component of Financing," which appeared in Vol. 1 Real Estate Finance, 1984.
