Mr. Williams' practice includes surety and fidelity law, insurance law, construction law and commercial litigation. His experience includes surety claims, fidelity coverage and subrogation matters, insurance receivership law, tort defense and contract disputes. He has argued cases before Maryland state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate level. He previously served as law clerk to the Hon. Lawrence H. Rushworth of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County.
